Big Ten Service Event Set for April 23
Big Ten alumni, friends, and family will assist the food bank Second Harvest Heartland in the annual community service event. Sign up today.
Join Big Ten graduates, family and friends and give back to the community at the Twin Cities’ Big Ten service event on Sat., April 23. Alumni will lend a hand at the Second Harvest Heartland’s warehouse facility in Golden Valley from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Volunteers 8 years of age or older are welcome to attend. Come to the event and stay for a lunch-time gathering with friends and alumni.

Participants can choose the activity most suited to the level of exertion they wish to take on. Volunteers should wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing. Sorting and packing activities will be based on the facility's needs and the final group size.
