2022 Big Ten Service Event Set for June 18

Join the Twin Cities Illini Club and fellow Big Ten alumni in packing food for the hunger relief organization Feed My Starving Children at its Eagan location.

The Twin Cities Illini will join the spring Big Ten Service event at Feed My Starving Children’s facility in Eagan, MN, on Sat., June 18 from 9:00-10:45 a.m. Alumni and their family members and friends are welcome to participate in packing meal ingredients for the hunger relief organization. Volunteers must be 5 years of age or older, and all attendees should arrive by 8:45 a.m.

Signing Up
Please indicate your Big Ten school in the Organization field within the RSVP form. If you are signing up your family or guests, please create a separate RSVP for each. This will help us keep an accurate tally of participants. (If you prefer not to list guests’ names and email addresses, you can list “Guest of” and your own email.)
 

About the Event
Jewelry is not allowed in the food-packing area and can be stored along with other personal belongings in the facility’s lockers. Participants are encouraged to wear closed-toe shoes, and they are required for those who want to work in the warehouse. Feed My Starving Children is located at 990 Lone Oak Rd., Eagan 55121.
