The Twin Cities Illini Club will aid St. Paul senior citizens in spring yard clean-up on Saturday, May 13, as part of Merrick Community Services assistance efforts.

Held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the event assists clients of Merrick and Meals on Wheels. Twin Cities Illini participants will join area volunteers in providing yard work for seniors living in and near the east side of St. Paul. Some tools and gloves will be provided, but volunteers are welcome to bring their own. Volunteers 12 years of age and older are encouraged to attend. Participants will meet at 10 a.m. at the Merrick office before traveling to the client locations. The office is located at 1669 Arcade Street N. Suite 4, Saint Paul, MN 55106.
